Avocados come to mind. Almost 500 mgs in a half.

I think Atkins also mentions magnesium, too. Once I started taking 2 magnesium pills/day and about 5 potassium pills/day, my leg cramps stopped.

367.8 mgs in half a cup of canned spinach.

Hi SShimmerr

This site (http://www.nutritiondata.com/index.html) had a tool named Nutrient Search. You can search for potassium reach food and found a LOT of different things.

I've always just used a supplement, much as I love bananas. I've kinda tapered off the use since I started eating more, but when I find myself eating in an induction-type manner for a day or 2, I take them again, and have never had a problem with the leg cramps.
