Has anyone heard about walmart getting rid of all their low carb products? I heard it was due to something said by the FDA? Anyone have any idea what it was?
Another question off subject. I'm interested in trying kefir, however i don't have any grains. Does anyone have any to share?

Thanks

I hadn't noticed that Walmart had any less LC products but then the only LC product I buy are the Atkins shakes. I do know my regular grocers are not stocking nearly as many choices as they used to stock.

If any of you have Big Lots near you, the one near me had a ton of LC pastas and flax meal type cereals (Atkins and Carbsense) dirt cheap. Like $0.50 a box.

the big lots near me has a ton of stuff also. I bought some of it, like the carb options products. I hope they don't stop selling lc, but I am particular about what I buy. I don't like strange brands, or wierd tasting stuff.

Tha Wal-Mart here just added a new section with LC products--actually I thnk they just condensed two different areas into one...but now theya re all in one location...I buy the shakes and DH likes to have a few bars on hand for times when he can't eat normally--like in the field or at the firing range...Army things ya know!
