LONG story short, doctors are playing 'craps' with blood pressure meds for me -

Anyone know how long it takes something to work it's way out of you're system???

I haven't a clue how long it takes to get it out of the system, but I can tell you that I've also had trouble with BP meds. It seems that the only thing my body can tolerate is the calcium channel blockers.

I had weird reactions. One caused me to cough. Another gave me horrible leg pains. Who would have thought?

With both meds, the symptoms went away within two days after I stopped taking them.

Very much depends on the drug,. how long youy were taking it and can even be effected by things you eat, but BP meds are hard to find exactly the right drug in exactly the right dose at exactly the right time of day to do exactly what youwant it to do!
