| Hi guys Its been a week since I started back exercising. Its been a while and I was sure sore for the first 2 days, but it was a good sore. It feels good getting active again and it's sure helping my stress level. Hope you all had a great day:bellydanc Hugs Nancy |

| Exercise has been my friend for many years. Even when I've lapsed away from healthy eating, I can say that my exercise journal is up-to-date. I can't say enough good things about trying, as often as it takes, to get that exercise habit going for good. I use home videos. Pick up a Leslie Sansone DVD at your local discount store, and get going with her simple walking routines. Or anything that looks interesting. If it isn't fun, you won't do it, so keep looking for a plan you truly enjoy. I know that sounds impossible, but it isn't. And once you start experiencing the benefits of weight training, you'll never look back. |
