Hi Barb! Imagine my surprise yesterday when I was looking thru older posts and saw your P.S. to me. Yes I have been gone awhile (ovarian cancer does that to a person) but I am back now and have done this woe for a couple of weeks now. Down 5 lbs and feeling better. I am so glad you remembered me. I have thought about you often! It has been a long year but life is looking better all the time!

It sounds like you had quite an ordeal with the cancer, but I take it that all is well now. This site is filled with miracles of all sorts, isn't it?

You've certainly had a challenging thing to work on. Glad you're among us and doing well.

Compared to working on cancer treatment, the LC regime is a...well, a cakewalk. Hope being back on track helps you feel healthier all around.
