| mag... thanks for the info.. barb.. thanks for the recipe... i might give that a shot.. i have to say tho... i made the TACTICAL error of trying to grind my WALNUTS up WITH the flaxseed... and when i mixed it all together it doesnt work the same.. it comes out ... watery? oily? SOMEthing. wont do THAT again..okay.. i lied.. i did it TWICE *L* but i WONT do it again... |

| Sheila, what a testament, eh? I know that when I was going to Women's Workout World, going a min. of 3X/week and kinda watching my fat intake, I didn't drop a single pound or a single inch. I got frustrated and quit going. But as soon as I got evil sugar and processed carbs out of my diet, and I joined Curves, I am now almost at goal. In MY book, I know what works and I'm stickin' to it. Kim, yep, ya gotta play around with it and see what works. And then, when you find a recipe that tastes good, ya stick with it. If I put ground walnuts or pecans in, I grind them VERY coursely. Then I add them after the base cereal is done.
