| When I stepped on the scales first thing this morning for my weigh-in, I was down a half a pound. Okay, but kinda disappointing after two weeks of really conscientious work. Four hours, several errands, a workout, and a shower later, I stepped on the scales again, and I was down another TWO pounds! Guess which number goes on my weekly report! ![]() I know perfectly well that my weight can fluctuate dramatically from day to day--and even hour to hour--depending on hydration But what's gone is gone, I say! Whoop-de-doo!:jump: |

| Barb, I am really amazed that you were down two pounds during the day! Whoo Hoo! I am a real scale junkie. Weigh myself all the time in the name of "science." I have never been less in the afternoon than first thing in the AM. Just shows you that all your LC persistence does pay off! You bet "the lowest number wins!"
