Thanks, Andrea - that sounds so interesting. I always wonder about LC specialty cooking - it's such a brave new world once you venture away from veggies and meats. Do you need to be a subscriber to chat? If not, I'll try to remember to tune in at 6 pm.

No, these are free chat events, you do NOT need to be a subscriber to participate. The Eades are fun - and funny. I asked him once what he thought about saturated fats. His reply: "Go face down in 'em."
