Thanks all for a most excellent pity party, lol. I was just complaining because it seems that lately every time I get some routine into motion something stupid throws a monkey wrench my way.

Anyway, doing what I can with the Bowflex which is actually quite a lot, but boy do I miss my daily walk. As for abs Barb, I have always done mine with my calves across the bench of the bowflex.

At least the ortho didn't stick me in a cast. He made me promise to be a good girl and stay off my foot as much as possible and he would see what it looks like in 3 weeks.

I can truly relate, Libby. My fellow couch fauxtatoes have been allowing me to whine about that sort of problem for some time, now. I have come to adopt the motto: "Adapt or Rot."
