Smile Help reading labels please!

can anybody please help me with this.

NUTRIRIONAL INFORMATION
servings per pack 50
serving size 10ml
ENERGY 139KJ
PROTEIN 0.2G
FAT total 3.5G
saturated 2.3G
CARBOHYDRATE 0.3G
sugars 0.3G
SODIUM 3MG

SO DOES THIS MEAN THAT FOR EVERY 10MLS THAT I USE OF CREAM I COUNT 0.3G FOR MY CARB COUNTING

What about the sugar? Am I supposed to be using cream with no sugar in it Is there a cream like that?
It is the same with my sour creamCarb total 1.2g and sugars 1.2g

I have also had some diet coke over Easter which says Contains phenylalanine
Is this ok?
No sugars 0.2g carbs per 200ml serving

Any advice would be great thanks cos I am so unsure if I am doing this right

Thank you Kauritree

You go with the count in CARBOHYDRATES. Most of us DON'T subtract the sugars, although the manufacturers do, cause it makes them look better.
and yes, the numbers listed are for a serving size.

If there were FIBER listed, you can subtract that from the Carbohydrate number to get net carbs.

net carbs = Carbs - fiber (no matter what the front of the container says)

Chances are, the "sugars" listed for both the heavy cream and the sour cream are naturally-occurring milk sugars--not added sugar. This would account for the .3 and 1.2 listed as Carbohydrate gms for these products.

Just count .3 or 1.2 once per serving size.

Hi thanks for explaining that as I was worried that it meant I couldn't eat the food with sugar in it..

I must be counting properly so I will just keep going the way I have been and see how I go...
Thanks again.
