| Re: Not quite dead yet... I wrote in my journal today. Didn't get started when I was going to but now I am ready. Tomorrow will be my first day back on induction. My earler loss was a fluke as I am now steady at up 5 pounds in the last month. But I will weight tomorrow for my official restart weight.

| Re: Not quite dead yet... Welcome back! I can't tell you how many times I've been on and off the horse in the last few years. I've been low carbing for almost 4 YEARS and I'm STILL not done yet!  It can be a real challenge sometimes but thanks to this board, it's doable! Congrats on being at your lowest in years. That's a great accomplishment. I hit that in Dec. 2002 and then blew it in 2003. 2004, back to it and now I'm at my lowest in almost 2 years. Just keep plugging away, it takes time

| Re: Not quite dead yet... noel_ BIG correction: the losses are NEVER flukes! it's the gains that are flukes. really! goddess definition of weight loss rules: all gains are temporary abberations, all losses are REAL. don't forget that! p.s. wonderful to see you back around the boards, dear.
