Default Not quite dead yet...

Let me see...what excuse can I come up with for not checking in...well, none that are good enough.

My window says I was just here a few days ago but that's not right. (I think it's because my home page is set to LCE.) I haven't been on the board in weeks. FOR SHAME!

I was on track for a time then fell off then back on and then got sick. Nothing serious just a sinus infection of which I am still feeling the effects. Mostly now just an annoying cough from the sinuses draining.

I am thrilled to say that even while not being strict I did not fall off completely and give up the fight. I am at 319. Which is the lowet I have been in years. Of course that will be true of every number that I write from now on.

Anyhow. I am still here. I will be spending a couple days catching up on my post reading. I don't have the proper foods (salad stuffs) to start over with induction right now so I will get them this weekend.

Funny though that I would finally get sick during the cold and flu season when I went off plan. Eat right, stay healthy, what concept!

Hi Noel! We were wondering about you! Glad you found your way back, and are still in for the long haul. I've been sick myself, so understandably everything else falls short for awhile - take care of yourself! (((hugs)))

Noel! We missed you!

So sorry to hear about your sinus miseries, but I'm glad you're on the mend.

I'm so happy to have you back here! I missed Xander's happy little face on your posts.

Noel - Glad to see you! You'll see subtle (and not so subtle) signs that you were missed.

Oh, Noel! I wish I could give you a hug and welcome you back, then smack you for making me worry! I was all over this board looking for signs of you....PMing people, just about ready to send a PI out to find you! I KNEW you were still out there and something had happened.

I'm glad you are feeling better and on plan. I've gone through the Easter lowcarb leftovers, so I'm in the same shape you are.....I need to get groceries, too.

I'm in the process of getting myself together for a fresh start April 1, which is Friday.

Welcome back, it's great to see that cute little face again!

Thanks, everyone. I haven't had a chance to catch up on my reading yet. Been very busy at work. But will soon. Perhaps this weekend. My schedule is all goofed up. I never feel like I have enough time for anything anymore.
