| Evertyhing on my planet is well. As of Jan 1st - I'm down 32 pounds. I'm doing some form of excercise at least 3 times a week. I walked 5.25 miles on Tuesday, and went roller blading last night. The excercise has really boosted my energy level. Hope everyone is doing okay!!! I'm going to work on catching up on my reading... |

| That's awesome and sounds like a very safe rate for continued success. Having said that, don't be surprised if things slow down a bit from time to time. Your body may need time to adjust. Hope you have a great days! Meg

| Thanks guys! I'm hoping to post a couple of pictures in the next day or so. I think the main impact has been the fact that I have gotten WAY into exercising. Walking, roller blading, and anything that requires movement. I'm walking at least twice a week... and have become much more aware of portion size. I don't go hungry - but I am stopping the SECOND I feel full. My 7 year old is having Open Heart Surgery on May 25th - so my goal is to have transformed my 'habits' to NOT NEED to eat when I get stressed. Not feel driven to eat my emotions! I'm trying to want to walk or move.....be active. Thanks for all the kind words! |
