kitten: you actually have found a whole board full of "support buddies" if you choose to take advantage of that! people post goals and successes right here on the message boards, along with lots of other useful information, and that way, we all get to benefit from each other's experiences.

Hey - I just joined today and I would love a support buddy. I plan on doing Low Carb (Atkins with less calories). I am 53 yrs. old and I need to lose about 20 lbs. Being short (5:3") is def. a problem as the 20 lbs. really show. I really want to look good for summer.

Do you post everyday? Should we start a challenge?
