| Hi, and thanks for replying. It's been awhile since I've gotten on this site because i've been really busy. My problem is getting over the first day or even the first few days without ending up stuffing myself with carbs. I know that on Atkins there are so many choices or varieties of foods to choose from.... but I'm still having trouble! I'm by no means a big girl - I'm 21 and weigh about 110lbs and I'm 5'4".... but my bones are really tiny and I used to weight around 90lbs or so, so this added weight is really bothering me. Any ideas or advice? Thanks! |

| My first thought is to consult a physician regarding your plans. You weigh about what I weigh and I'm a good 3 inches shorter than you are, also small boned. You are at the lowest end of what is considered normal weight at the present time and your goal seems to be emaciation. Why not just eliminate sugar and refined flours from your diet and institute an exercise program to tone yourself up? JMHO

| Thank you for your reply! I've always worked out, so that's never been a problem with me, but I have started to eliminate refined flours and sugars from my diet, and it seems to be working. Thanks again!!! |
