Ok, since I noticed that a few of you looked at this posted question, maybe your lookin for recipe too. I found this one on the net. Im not sure but it sounds like one from the article.

    10-12 ice cubes
1 can coconut milk or homemade coconut milk
    1-2 Tablespoons protein powder
    1 Tablespoon Virgin coconut oil
    1 Tablespoon of ground flaxseed
    1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
    1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1/4 teaspoon stevia powder (Im sure Slenda will do too)

Pleace all ingredients in a blender and process at high speed until well combined. You may use more or less ice, depending on how cold you like a smoothie.

Beware! Coconut milk is much higher in carbs than coconut oil. My can of coconut milk indicates 2 grams of carb per 1/3 cup. 1 can has about 10 grams, of which 5 are natural sugars. Only time I use the stuff is for Thai Red Curry and one can goes into a big pot to serve 4 or 5.

If you are not in Induction, perhaps a lite coconut milk? I get mine from Wild Oats. Or perhaps just Hood milk????? Also, be aware that some vanilla extracts have sugar in them.
