Default I'm BACK!! Just wanted to say "Hello" to all!
Our internet has been down for several months. So, I just wanted to check in and let everyone know that I am STILL on this WOE and would not stop for ANYTHING!! I have now lost 57 pounds! It is coming off slowly but I am very content with this since I get to eat such wonderful foods without STARVING!!!

I will be having a cheat day next week. We will be celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary! But, I will do it "gently"!
