| I bought some TOTAL greek yoghurt the other day. I bought the 150gram tub, here are the nutritional details: http://www.totalgreekyoghurt.com/pro...ucts.php4?id=1 6 carbs is a lot but I was thinking of freezing it after adding some Vanilla DaVinci and then having half a portion as fake ice-cream. Would this be OK?

| OK, here's what I've done. 2 egg white whisked with 1 teaspoon of Splenda until lightly peaked FOLDED INTO 1 150grams tub of 0% TOTAL yoghurt mixed with 0.5 fluid ounce double cream (2 tablespoons) and some Vanilla DaVinci I split it into two containers and put it in the freezer, we shall see how it turns out. By my calculations each serving will provide the following: 61 cals 1g fat 3.5 carbs 9.5g protein
