| Just wondering if anyone has used this? I am in such a rut for cooking and think I may like to not to have to worry so much about what I am going to find in a cookbook and it will all be ttaloired to fit my WOE -atkins. Thanks |

| I have been pondering it for a while, I signed up for thier newsletter and get alot of inspiring stories, I am just not sure I want to take the plunge and sign up yet... I used to do iShape, through shape magazine online, (back in my low fat days) but I was hungry all the time and didn't make it past the 10 day trial. I liked the interface and the electronic delivery tho very convenient. There is no trial period for ediets and there is even a $25 early termination fee if you don't stick around for a minimum of 3 months, it may not seem like alot but I have to deal with the exchange rate as well (I'm Canadian). I'd like to hear if it is worth the money... from someone who is not getting paid to make it sound to good to be true. I did pick up a book called "Saving Dinner the lo carb way" it is pretty good, a little higher in carbs than I want to spend on one meal (dinner only - no lunches or breakfasts) but the recipes are grouped in 6 day sections with a weekly shopping list already done for you. A little cheaper and you see what you get before you pay.
