| Re: Diet Coke with Splenda I tried the DC with Splenda yesterday and have to say it was okay...nothing great, but I would drink it ocassionally... I have found some other sodas that I do like called Waist Watchers and they are made with Splenda. Although I haven't tried the cola, i do like the orange, peach and gingerall and I think the rootbeer is fantastic. Meg

| Re: Diet Coke with Splenda my DH being a big soda drinker im all the time buying some "diet" soda for him to try to get him out of ingesting all of that garbage in to his system. so i had got 2 bottles of the new diet coke and wow i liked and he said "i would drink it if there was nothing else. lol.. i can arange that lol. it has some what of the coke taste that i miss w/ out the after taste of most diet sodas. i give it a thumbs up./

| Re: Diet Coke with Splenda Maxibee, I am right there with you on the Dr. Pepper. HATE the stuff. When I lived in Texas, you would have thought I said I hated the Cowboys, or the Longhorns, or the Bushes, or the Baptists. Geez, it's just soda. It tastes awful--and that getting it by mistake in the drive thru...and you don't know it til you're down the road apiece...hot, thirsty, and harried, ready for a big swig of something yummy! oh, I hate that too!! Haven't even seen the Diet Coke with Splenda here yet, but I'm sure it's because I haven't really looked. I love regular coke, diet is all right. I will try it when I see it, but I'm not of a mind to go seek it our right now. I'm sloshing already with all the water and green tea!

| Re: Diet Coke with Splenda I'm with Goddess on this one....LOVE dr. pepper!!!! In college, went throught it like crazy especially during finals! I was so excited to find some diet dr.pep in a foreign foods store over here, but then it was gone again!!! Ah well, best if I stay away from the stuff anyway!

| Re: Diet Coke with Splenda I actually met another Texan today that hates Dr.Pepper. I think it's a love it or hate it thing. No one just says "It's okay." They're either hooked or not drinking it at all. This is why I think there is something addictive in it! LOL! I'm adding something to my siggy:Member, DPHS (Dr.Pepper Hater's Society).

| Re: Diet Coke with Splenda I loved that comment too...I have arranged "that" many times lately for DH and DD and myself too actually, but they dind't know it was coming...of course I did. Like no potatos and sweet snacks in the house...when they aren't here no one asks for them...funny thing there...the only thing I do buy occasionally is regular ice cream...for DD...but it isn't always int he house either...she specifically requested it the last time I shopped. The Diet Coke with Splenda kinda grows on ya I think...Ihave bought several bottles now (20 oz) and I think I like it better now than I did earlier. I am still partial to Dr. Pepper though.
