| Hello everyone! I just had to write because I am soooo excited! I took all the advice I could soak up here when I reached a stall. I decided part of my problem was those evil "low carb" (yeah right) ice cream bars and cut them out. Then I went to wal mart, bought the biggest water container I could find (60 ounces) and told myself to drink 2 of those a day filled with water. Although I THOUGHT I was being good about water, I really was'nt. (I now officially go to the bathroom a ridiculous number of times per day) And guess what...4 days later....I am down a pound!! Ok, its only a pound, and I know I should'nt put all my stock in what the scale says; but gosh darned it I wanted to see a different number on that thing! So thank you thank you thank you to everyone who posted a sticky here, or some great advice there... and thanks to this board; it has given me more support than you know. *sob* ok, not really but you HAVE given me a ton of support! | Good for you, Heather! You'll see, over time, that most stalls are self-limiting. Usually the best way to get past them is to eliminate suspect foods, make sure your hydration is good, make sure you're engaged in some kind of activity, and then ... just be patient.

| Wow, that's fantastic. I have been stalled at 144 pounds since early April, now that is offically a stall. It bugs me when people say "oh I have been stalled for 3 days" as DANDR cleary states that 3 days of no weight loss is not a stall. You have inspired me to make a concious effort to try and shift at least one pound!
