I've cooked left over cauli mash as a "pancake", although I think it's a little more like hash browns (we like our cauli mash with some texture, so I don't process it until completely smooth). The cauli mash hash browns don't brown nearly as much as potato, of course. But, it's very yummy - especially with a fried egg on top. :fork:
