I tried a couple of ways and found that this will also come up on Real Player, although if you want to put it on your iPod for future reference, iTunes is the way to go.

I notice that one of the guests made passing reference to what I refer to as "pipedream" pasta, with it's high carb count that they reduce to 5 net carbs because the other thirty some odd carbs are magic carbs that "don't count." ... except my blood glucose level showed that they sure counted for me.

When I posted this podcast I did not listen to the story before I made the post. I was in a rush at work and I was just excited they had a story about Atkins on a podcast. I really love podcasts, I listen to them while I'm working. I think I'm an NPR (National Public Radio) junkie. Anyway I don't agree with anything they had to say on it. Sorry I posted it.
