My Fitday Journal

Thanks Barb L. and everyone. I am just getting back into the swing of things here at work after my vacation. Do you know even after a year or so of low carb I still have a lady naysayer here. She still insists that low carb is not a good plan for a lifetime! I don't even argue with her anymore. She's 68 (I think) and very set in her ways. I only see her a few times a week so it's not so tough, just annoying.

This has been and will continue to be a great place to cultivate friendships for me. On-line friends with a common interest are especially important when you don't have the best support in your life otherwise.
