hey rhonda. i'm not one of the green tea 'experts' around here, but from what i gather, the beneficial properties of the tea aren't limited to a particular brand, and you can get it in just about any grocery store i've been in.

if you want to know more about the specifics, why not do a quick search on the forum here for green tea? bet it would prove enlightening.

Hey, Rhonda.....there's an open invitation for this month's green tea thread....come join us! I personally LOVE the taste of Earl Grey, and Bigelow makes a green tea flavored with oil of bergamot (which is what Earl Grey is!). I love my Earl Grey Green.

Lipton has a nice assortment, Bigelow has ALOT....heck, you can even have green tea at Starbucks. Their brand is Tazo and the China Green Tips is good, but I prefer the Zen.

I was just talking on another thread about how green tea has helped ease my PMS symptoms. Now, what's not to love?

Thanks so much Goddess and Maxibee. I had been reading alot about it on the internet and was just curious which kind the "low carb experts" were drinking! I have found the advice on this forum to be "rock solid" true! Thanks again! Can't wait to try that Starbucks green tea!

I just started drinking it on the 1st, and so far I've only tried the Lipton. It tastes great, and the price was reasonable. There are some great flavored green teas by Lipton and Celestial Seasonings that I want to try too. I think I may have found a new addiction!

Rhonda, I buy my green tea in bulk at Sam's Club. It doesn't matter what brand it is, as long as it's green. I use other flavors of teas to flavor the green so it's palatable. I also flavor mine with Torani sugar/free syrups. You can sneak green tea into anything, beverage wise. I make a concoction of Bottled Crystal Lite and mix in green tea. I LOVE the premade Snapple Diet Green Tea with Lime also, found pretty much anywhere they sell Snapple. It's VERY sweet, so I end up mixing it with other stuff. Green tea is sooooooooo beneficial, not just for weight loss, but also for antioxidants.

Thanks so much! I am STILL working on getting it into my daily intake! I will try mixing it with other drinks since I have not found any that I really liked!

Celestial seasonings has a decaf peppermint green tea that I like a lot. And that's saying a lot since i didn't like the previous green teas I tried.
