| Has anyone ever eaten these? I wasn't planning on staying on at work this late and was hungry so went to the shop and found a packet, they state to have only 68 calories and 0 carbs per 100g and the packet I bought was 50g. It was very nice and if they do not affect me then I would definately make them into a regular snack food.

| I found a site here selling Japanese rice crackers. The nutritional information shown does not lend itself to the low carb way of eating, in my humble opinion.

| I will buy them again and take a photo including the label so you can all see what they are.

| There are LOTS of rice crackers out there, as I've discovered today online. The ones you're eating say thay have no carbs, so go for it. I was just commenting on the ones I found earlier.
