| Thanks. I am eating very little dairy, just some occasional cheese, no more than 2 oz. per day and I'm losing okay. If I need to, I know I can cut it out completely. I know I need to exercise more, but adding intensity there is something ELSE I can do if I need to get my losing started again. My first clue about all this should've been the soy......I didn't lose while I was ingesting soy daily.....in spite of the Adderall. Again, I may have a little soy in some ingredients here and there, but mostly, I just avoid it. This sure has been alot of trial and even more error!
