I have just made it and it is baking as we speak. I will end up having a late night though so it will not be eaten till tommorow at work as a treat. I made it so I can share it as it sounds divine and I am slightly worried I would eat the lot if I had it here.
Will keep you posted on how it turns out.

Kauritree, trust me on this one...EVERYONE will love the Stella cheesecake! I prepared one for the Christmas Eve dinner at my mom's house and it completely disappeared from a table loaded with other high carb treats!! Lots of leftovers of the cakes and pies, but NO cheesecake leftover for me to take home...I was a wee bit disappointed to say the least...I really wanted a piece with my Christmas dinner!! Next year, I plan to make two...one for the clan, and one for home!!
