Default hit my final goal weight!!
hey guys!
i wasn't sure where to post this ... but wanted to let you know i hit my ultimate goal weight today - and thanks to all of you for your support.

i followed atkins about a year ago ... but i could never get rid of those last 10 lbs. i started the south beach diet on 9/12/2005 - and it has been a blessing! i LOVE this WOE and find it so easy to manage.

i am a big fan of exercise (very dedicated) - but i fell under the mentality that you can eat WHATEVER you want if you do an hour of cardio a day, etc. i'm hear to tell you - it's not true!! i believe i have learned that what i put in my mouth is actually more important than my daily exercise. making sure i'm monitoring BOTH food and exercise has been the key to my weight loss.

i will post a before/after picture soon ....
this past weekend i wore a size 4 dress to a friend's wedding. i hadn't been able to fit into that *HOT* dress since my early college days. it feels so good to look GOOD.

tomorrow i turn 27 years old - and i could not have asked for a better bday present!
