Unhappy Kidney stones?

Last night while washing dishes, I developed sharp low back pain which did not radiate to my legs/lower extremities. I had developed lower back pain one day ago, and was not able to walk straight or band my back as I used to...
KIDNEY STONES? Please, don't tell me this... I drink planty of water, take Ca+ supplements , eat veggies and salads for fiber. It is starting to bother me at this point. No burning with urination or fever. Just pain at coccyx area, even when press on my lower back.
Any suggestions besides drinking lots of H20 and unsweet cranberry juice?

Rafaella,
Go to a doctor, please. Have him/her check this pain out, ok? Your kidneys are not anywhere near your coccyx, and the pain from kidney stones usually radiates down into your groin. And, in the case of kidney stones, drinking water and cranberry juice won't get rid of them; they may help prevent them, but that's it.

Barb,
I am sorry, I was a little busy, and did not see your posting.
I am eating salads, taking psyllium 2 tabs every day. I also eat veggies. I am not sure how much , but I get fiber every day.
Could this be a possible problem of my back?
Also, I did go to the NP, and she said that PMS is possible cause of this. I took Motrin for a few days, and it is gone now.
I still wonfer, how come I did not have pains like that before?
I am ususally pretty bad with my PMS, and I get all kinds of pain with it... BUT back pain.... I did not think, it could be that bad.
But it was.
Thanks God, I am better. No xrays was done. I was told to watch the symptoms for the next a few months to see if there is a pattern... Oh, well..... PMS is not something pretty, for me , anyway........

I've had a month every now and then when I have felt that way too. Turns out that when that happens, I just need to sit on the toilet for awhile, if you know what I mean. But just to be on the safe side, stay in contact with your doctor.

You might want to make an appointment with an oby/gyn.
