| Here I go: If I have a small item from the store that states " 10 gm of carbs" per serving with 3 gm of fiber listed, that means I will consume only 7 cabrs? AM I RIGHT? Just checking. |

| That's right. Of course, be sure to find out what the "serving size" is. One of the sneaky marketing tricks is to put three portions in what "normal" people would consider a one-portion package. |
