SF jello is allowed. Use real whipped cream(sweetened with splenda). The canned stuff has sugar and trans-fats.

I had the sugar free jello on induction, but as Shelley said, the aersol stuff is a no-no for basically any of the phases of l/c eating. I used whipping cream over my sugar free jello, and still do..... just a tablespoon or so was such a treat for me...needed nothing else. Call me "lazy" cause I didn't whip the stuff up, but that is just the way I am Good luck to you on your journey. This is truly such a wonderful way of eating and such a special board you have made your way to!

SF Jell-O. Mmm. Think I'll go make some right now!

At some time or another, I bought a very cheap little whipper--battery powered, probably from the Dollar store or some place like that. I can put a couple oz of whipping cream in a measuring cup and whip it up in a minute, with a little Splenda. Great treat on top of the Jell-O.

Land O' Lakes makes aerosol whpped cream sweetened with Splenda. It is available at Super Wal-Mart. Enjoy!
