I am on induction, and I 've heard conflicting opinions on this. Is sugar free jello really ok for induction. If it is what about with aerosol whip topping?

SF jello is allowed. Use real whipped cream(sweetened with splenda). The canned stuff has sugar and trans-fats.

I had the sugar free jello on induction, but as Shelley said, the aersol stuff is a no-no for basically any of the phases of l/c eating. I used whipping cream over my sugar free jello, and still do..... just a tablespoon or so was such a treat for me...needed nothing else. Call me "lazy" cause I didn't whip the stuff up, but that is just the way I amGood luck to you on your journey. This is truly such a wonderful way of eating and such a special board you have made your way to!
SF Jell-O. Mmm. Think I'll go make some right now!
At some time or another, I bought a very cheap little whipper--battery powered, probably from the Dollar store or some place like that. I can put a couple oz of whipping cream in a measuring cup and whip it up in a minute, with a little Splenda. Great treat on top of the Jell-O.
Land O' Lakes makes aerosol whpped cream sweetened with Splenda. It is available at Super Wal-Mart. Enjoy!
