I don't recall feeling this way when I first did induction the first time around.

I have felt nauseous for the last two days. I was even sick last evening. I don't know if it because I caught something.

Has anyone else gone through this?

sometimes you can feel lightheaded and bad headaches, but I hadn't really heard nausea.
what are your numbers looking like, or post a menu. maybe you aren't getting enough of something.

My menu from yesterday,

Breakfast
Smoke Salmon, Cream Cheese, rolled up in spinach leaves

Cup of coffee with heavy cream

Lunch
Spinach salad, with Tuna, hard boiled egg, tomato, onion, and asparagus and ranch dressing.

Bottle fo Dasani Lemon Flavored water (it's sweetened with Splenda)

Dinner
Pepper steak,
toss spinach salad with radishes and onion and ranch dressing, cucumber.
Steamed Broccolli

Sugar free Jello.

Looks like a perfect menu to me. I'd say Bug. :( Presumably you're drinking lots of water. Hope you're feeling better already.

Feeling better today. Both DH and I must have caught something! He wasn't feeling so hot on Friday. I only started to feel 100% yesterday!

It must have been a bug, cuz even my boss mentioned that she wasn't feeling well on Friday.

With the amount of fluids that passed through my body, I'm surprized the scale didn't move!

Well THAT's a bummer that the scale didn't move!!!! But it wouldn't have stuck anyway once you replaced the lost fluids. Glad you are feeling better.
