Thanks, Barb,
I love nuts a lot! But, I need to limit myself because I am prone to overeating them.
I guess, I need to limit fruits too. Is one apple /day too much?
One apple, what, about 21 carb? Kind-of a lot, right? Well, I can do some fruits, rasberries and strawberries. They are the lowest grucemic index and low in natural sugar.

raf- PLEASE refer to your copy of dr. atkins new diet revolution when reviewing what foods are acceptable, in what quantiies, for what phases of atkins, and how to go about moving from one phase to another. if you don't have a copy of the book, get it. if you do have a copy of the book, read it.

you're doing yourself a great disservice by not getting the material directly from the source-where it will be most complete and accurate. it's also NOT reasonable to expect others to repeatedly summarize information that is readily available in the book.

your best use of a resource like this fourum is to get additional insights and information not readily available in the book. thanks for your cooperation.
