| Ok, gang, Started the induction,AGAIN. And, this time - it is not that painful. I know what to eat and what not, and I know the answers to most questions. Reading the book , and trying to tune up my beautiful body into better shape ( don't you just love my modesty...lol). Still have an ocasional questions. For example, I did not see jello on the list of foods for induction. It says " diet food ok if it is specifically says "no carbs". Is it ok than to have the jello? I think I eat too much salads. I know I can eat until I am stuffed, yet, I am afraid to overeat ... I am going to lay eggs pretty shortly from eggs I eat. I believe I am starting to grow feathers..... First day of induction went well. Will post my progress later. Back to my eggs and bacon. |

| sugar free jello has no carbs or calories, and many of us use the store ones with no problems. It does contain aspartame which isn't the best in large doses, and some make their own (I think there is a recipe in the recipe section) For many, many of us, it is a staple of the plan and will handle our want for sweet/fruity without damage.
