| Did anyone discover that caffeine was the culprit to your weight loss stall? Was it alot of caffeine or a small amount of caffeine? Thanks for your input!

| Rhonda, the jury's still out on this one. I have gone to decaf coffee, seldom have a soda with caffeine, but I do drink tea, which has some, but I have much, much less caffeine than I used to. I feel a lot better, and sleep better, too. But I am a snail at losing, so I can't really judge if it's helped the losing. My test strips are a darker purple than they've been in a long, long time, but whether it's from decaffeinating myself, or the increase in water I've been drinking, or other little tweaks to my way of eating, I don't know. I just know that I feel so much better, not so tired all the time.
