| hi Folks, A friend of mine who is a complete health food nut has convinced me to try Apple Cider vinegar to help with digestion, weight loss etc. Just wondered if any of you have tried it in the past and what you thought. As its a natural product ( apparently i need to get the one with the "bits" still growing in it ) I can't see it doing any harm.Anyone know how it affects LCE. Liz

| HAH!!! ROb ya beat me to it!!! I was going to post a link to that exact same thread!!! It's 22 pages long. Happy reading!!!! I don't know if ACV helps with digestion, but I DO know from my own personal experience that it made HUGE difference for cramping during TOM.

| Lots of people swear by drinking pickle juice (vinegar!) for stomach upsets. Vinegar is also good to reattch fingernails and toenails to the nail bed. It's an antifungal, too. I used to do the vinegar and honey thing, and found I slept better, and didn't get as thirsty as often. Don't know why.
