Default Different versions of DANDR

Turns out I was confusing people by referencing page numbers in my copy of DANDR. So yesterday I went to the bookstore and got a copy of DANDR that said "completely updated." Boy is it ever!

The essentials are the same, of course. But the organization of the book is completely different. And there are differences in content I haven't sorted out yet.

I guess I need to be more specific when I refer people to information in "the book." But I look forward to revisiting my old "bible" in the revised standard version.
