 What can't you wait to do????? so you say to yourself................  ...I can't wait to wear________? I can't wait for _____ to see me in this dress? Jeans? I can't wait to_________? What thoughts motivate you to keep the weight off? Or take the weight off, week after week? Do you imagine yourself wearing something in particular? Do you imagine doing something that you can't do with the extra weight? Personally, I can't wait to wear jeans again and a BELT!!!!!(together) ~I can't wait to tuck my shirt in and not have a roll over my pants or jeans? ~I can't wait to have one chin.:o ~I can't wait to feel my rib cage, or see my collar bone again? I know you are in there!!!! ~I can't wait to get the attention that I once got, I still get smiles and men do look at me, but I can't wait to be "hit on" :ivyhead: again. (juvenile I know):o ~I can't wait to have my thighs no longer rub together! ~I can't wait to keep up with my 5 year old brother playing outside this summer! ~I can't wait to no longer cringe when a camara comes out!!! I want to be a ham again! ~ I can't wait to be with my boyfriend and feel totally comfortable with everything that we do. ( that pretty much covers that topic  )What about you? What can't you wait for?????

I have been "religiously" following my new plan AND doing cardio AND doing strength training and I can't wait to go back to Wisconsin to visit my family and friends this summer! I am 25 lbs. lighter and look better than I did in high school! CAN'T WAIT!!!!! Donna |
