Size 8 dress! whoo-hoooo. I recently have been wearing 11/12's (down from 14's). I actually didn't expect the dress to fit, but it did and just to prove that it wasn't my mind, i have another size 8 dress that has been sitting in my closet, and although that one is a bit tighter, it fit. I am not super-elated just yet as my scale is still not satisfying my eyes just yet, but here the changes i've seen: My waist was size 38. Its now 32.5! and strangely, i used to wear size 8.5 shoes, and am now wearing 7.5! That is wonder to me. I believe that may be because my feet were not necessarily big, just wide, because they were fat, so after i lost some weight they narrowed, causing me to wear a smaller size.

I can't wait to weigh about 145 and wear size 6. Persons are telling me that i am fine as i am and not to lose too much more, but I am not yet totally happy and want to lose a little more. I am even beginning to get attention everywhere i go, people are staring at me, not because they know me, but probably because i feel so pretty and confident in the ever-improving me!

i want to load a before and after picture for all those who have been asking, but can't seem to get it done. my pic is always too large to load...

I know what you mean about people telling you not to lose anymore weight. If they could only see the skin under these clothes they would understand more. You do what you need to do because I've also learned that some people don't want others skinny because it makes them feel guilty about their own weight.

my shoe-size went down a 1/2 size as i lost, too. i thought it was weird myself.
