Hey PQ, I ate this often while I was pregnant and nursing and had no adverse side effects. It didn't even wreak havoc on my blood sugar (go figure!). I don't like that there are some extraneous ingredients in there (I'm back on kefir now), but if you're going to eat flavored yogurt, this is probably better than most!

And it's pretty tasty, too!
Just my .02,

I've had some over the last few months. My wife doesn't like the sucralose (Splenda) and I find the taste just not good enough (personal preference). I'd rather eat cottage cheese with berries....

But, I don't think it cost me anything on the diet...

Kat: You can find Helios Brand kefir at most health food stores. If you find you like it, there's a sticky thread (always on top) in the "caveman" forum where you can get kefir "grains" (not really grains, just a nickname) to brew your own.

It's full of wonderfully helpful microorganisms and friendly to my BGL's in moderate amounts.

Have you ever tried Bluebunny brand low carb/no sugar added yogurt? Believe it or not, it tastes even better than the Dannon!

I swear by the Blue Bunny brand low carb line, from yogurt to smoothies to ice cream. I haven't noticed that it does anything to my weight loss and I don't feel like I have to sacrifice any taste with Blue Bunny.
