Default Carbawhey or Carbolite Frozen Yogurt

Does anyone know much about this? It's like frozen yogurt and at the Penguin's I go to it was called Carbolite until a couple of weeks ago. It's sugar free, fat free, etc. so I can't imagine it would be too bad. I have been using it as a replacement for ice cream but am afraid I may not know enough about it - and the little guy who works at the store sure doesn't! Supposedly it's 3 net carbs per serving.....

Here's a website about carbawhey.

From the online searches I've done regarding CarboLite, although it's an Indiana-based company, their frozen yogurt seems only to be sold in California at soft-serve restaurants.

Looking at the nutritional info for Carbawhey can you see any potential problem with eating it? The little that I know tells me it's OK, but maybe one of you who knows more can tell me if you see anything to worry about....

Carbawhey is sweetened with Wheylow. I looked it up, found a forum with some interesting observations. Here's the url:

thanks for the link, nita! i'm pretty paranoid about stuff that contains sugar in general, so i don't think it would be a good chocie for me personally. but all of this is learning what works for each individual...
