| Dinner was pan fried lemon sole, green beans and konnyaku noodles. The only addition was a tablespoon of butter for the fish and salt and pepper.

| I ate some ham slices and 2 devilled eggs. I have cut way back on carbs and have jump started my weight loss again. I don't give up caffeine , however , as some others do. I enjoy a cup of good coffee a day, and several glasses of iced tea. |

| Last night was Steak off the grill, a nice salad, a caprese, fresh steamed asparagus, sauteed mushrooms and onions and fauxtatoes with fresh blueberries and strawberries for dessert... Gotta love the three day weekend.
