Here is a link to a thread that has a link to that kind of information. http://www.lowcarbeating.com/bb/showthread.php?t=8950 In addition, here is a link to the USDA nutrient database. http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/search/ I use the USDA link all the time to verify carb counts on labels of products.

| Also, you might want to go to your local bookstore and pick up a copy of the pocket size carbohydrate gram counter. I have one and use it constantly...everywhere I go. HTH
