Default Dreamfields Pasta?

I bought a box of Dreamfields. I was wondering what you think of it, and how often would be safe to have it? Has anyone had a bad experience because of it?

I was not able to view the article - maybe it's been too long since it was posted. But, from what I read in the thread it seems to be okay stuff. I will limit use to a couple times a month and hope that it does not show any negative effect! I had some over the weekend and it was sure good!

The main things to remember are:

Only cook to al dente, since overcooking it seemed to make it lose some of its reduced carb benefits

It's definitely a your mileage may vary thing. Some can eat it, some can't.

Use it as a side dish, not as a main course. Even if you could eat just one serving as a "meal" and be satisfied it could still spike your blood sugars without adequate fat and protein alongside.

My DH and I can eat it, and only eat it about 2 times a month if that. It was nice to have elbows in a bowl of soup though

One other thing that I do when using Dreamfields is to always weigh the dry pasta before cooking to keep the serving size to 2 ounces.
