| Guys, I am on day 6 of Induction and theres no way to be polite about this, my breath reaks! Please help! Why? And what can I do? I'll be a hot skinny woman with halitosis! lol But seriously... |

| You have to drink water till your eyes turn blue. Water is the key to keep your breath clean. But you can also look at it this way. It's a sign that your burning fat and loosing weight. |

| I know how you feel about the charmin. For the breath problem, drink lots of water and brushing your teeth and your tongue helps too.

| yes, what they said. It's caused by acetones produced by your body during ketosis. It should lessen as you up the carbs. Induction was something I raced through mostly beacuse of this problem. |

| All that above, and try adding a drop of mint extract to your water. It will freshen your breath, and help with your digestion, and it's refreshing, too. |

| Yep, all of the above. I've been flossing and scraping my teeth like mad these days, which has helped. I also bought a tongue scraper. I now use a rotary, electric toothbrush, which has also helped. And of course the mint drops in water really helps too!!!!!
