... but obviously I didn't.
So after a six week hiatus, I am back on strict induction. This has brought me back to the boards. I've been away from the boards for awhile because I've not been very busy and I'd let myself slip. Fortunately I didn't gain too much-- I'm at 225 now, so I just have a little ways to go to get back to where I was... this time I'm ready to go further though. I'm finally dissatisfied with this weight. It's time to push on!

So I'm glad to be back, to get your inspiration, feedback, recipes, and suggestions. :jump:

It's always nice to see someone return to this woe. Why in the world do we ever leave? I guess life happens, huh?

You've already come a long way, you're young, you can do it!

I thin kthat happens somethings when you get use to a weight when you've lost so much and then you think well at least I'm not where I was. Then as you say you have to get dissatisfied to get your head back in the game.

Glad you're back!

Nice to see you back Jess!~ 6 weeks is not bad for losing track. It takes some a year and more.

thanks everyone! It's soooo good to be back. I've actually found it very easy to get back into induction & this woe. I know why I "fell off the wagon"-- lots of stuff in my personal life, stress, and just life in general. It was easier for me to turn to food to console myself. And thanks, Rob-- you're so right. It's very good I only took six weeks off. However, I had been very lax with what I was eating prior to the six weeks. I was consuming lots of lc breads, sf ice creams, etc., and so my weight loss was stalled. I'm excited to be back on track again!!!

Hi I have been away from this site for a while (computer broke,) but I have also been eating off plan a lot more which seemed to make me want more. And of course my weight seems to be staying up at a higher weight So i am back on induction as of today i was just wondering how you are going since you went back on induction ?

Thanks for asking. I am doing great. I had a week where I gave up and let myself eat whatever again, but then I re-found my motivation. I weighed 216 this morning and I am looking better and definitely feeling better than I have in a long time. I don't have much of an appetite and I don't worry so much about food. It's really nice!
Good luck to you!

Jessicat,
The most important part is that you picked yourself up, brushed yourself off and started back again, looking back doesn't make it easier, keep looking ahead at it and just take it day by day and don't rush yourself.
Good Luck!

Thank you. I keep reminding myself this every day, as I am faced with the challenges! It gets easier every day, especially as I am feeling better and better.

Everyone slips up now and then. I'm back on induction right now myself after a good month of being bad. All the Halloween candy tripped me up and it took me a few weeks to get back on track, but I'm back and determined to give it a solid 4 weeks to get back on track before Christmas.
