| I ate carbs yesterday. I have no idea how many. But....now get this.. I was true to myself and only ate a couple of deviled eggs and lots of water. THEN we went to church and are at the fellowship before church meal. They served Country Fried Steak Mashed taters Green beans, Rice a variet of cold meats and cheeses Dessert ( I had a small slice of bundt cake) And I carried my own water. I ate a normal serving and was stuffed !!! Wow. Now here is the kewl part. I did not crave anything else to eat the rest of the evening and when I got up this morning, well I weighed myself on my Tanita's and lost .4 of a pound !!! This is good. Today I am not hungry. I have eaten 1 deviled egg, some Cinnymunches, and water. I do not want anything else. I am having to force myself t eat....(I don't really think that is good at all.) I am going to thre refrig and get me a slice or two of smokey swiss cheese. I am contemplating what to have for supper.... not wanting much of anything... and that makes it hard to figure out whatcha want. Gripe gripe, gripe.. that's me... lol Carolyn

| That's great that you had no bloat or cravings. Sometimes I get my bloat two days later. Hopefully that won't happen to you. I know that also sometimes if I'm not too bad and I drink a ton of water I can prevent it all together. The decreased appetite is such a bonus. Even eating on plan sometimes I'll make a giant taco salad and then I go to eat it and think my eyes were definitely bigger than my stomach! Don't you hate when you know you want to eat something but have no idea what. So you hoover around the fridge.

| Hi, everybody! I advise you dont eat after 6 p.m, may be it is very hard for you, but try.Our metabolic functions work slowlier after 6-7 p.m and so we have to avoid nutrition in the evening. I lost 10 lbs. with this simple method. It's so simple avoid food after 6 p.m, but it method is slow,but very effective. If you use Atkins diet, you can use my simple advices too |

| I giggled at the post and thought...."regular food"??? I knew that it meant carbs (high) but, it funny that some times it is tough for us to remember that low carb can be regular food too. I am not picking,,I was glad that you ate the regualr food and the scale wasn't mean to you!!! LOL
