| Hi all, Havent been here in awhile. Have been doing atkins since June/05. Started out at 219, got down to 145. Have been totally off track for about the last 6 months, not totally but seem to have had as many bad days as good. Have gained bout 10 pounds.give or take 5 pounds ...........in the upward direction......lol. Back on track now........wondering if I should start on induction again or if im ok just eating well. Trying to stay under 25 carbs a day anyway. Just wondering if I should just stick to the basics.........yuck.......thanks for any input. By the way........my goal weight is 140 and Im 5'8..........15 pounds to go. |

| Hi Dee... Nice to see you here again Welll....if you don't have any cravings, and you feel like you are in control of your eating at your OWL level of carbs and you are seeing losses, then I'd say just eat clean and stay on plan and continue as is. Under 25 carbs is pretty close to induction level. You really don't want to set yourself up for that low of a carb level. You might start at 25g and add 5g more in each week if you need to find you CCLL. Good luck... and another thought...sometimes those last 10-20 pesky pounds can be a tad harder to get rid of. HTH

| Welcome, back. Good advice from Shelley, of course. The closer one is to one's normalized weight, the slower the process in most cases. We'll be here for you.
