I'd fully planned on giving up the coffee (or at least cutting back) but I keep seeing all of these studies saying "have that second cup!" Although I only have one. But I keep hearing about how it revs your metabolism for a few hours after drinking it. Last week I lost 8 lbs w/ my new menu and daily HIIT exercise AND I was drinking coffee! I'm a up a couple of lbs today but I don't know if that because of TOM or all of the bread, wine and paella that I had Sunday. There really was no choice. BUT I'm back on track and it wasn't hard to get back there. I wish I could send you a year's supply of sausage!
